Educational Facilities
Ferris High School
The project was completed in multiple phases allowing the school to remain in operation during construction. The new facility project replaced all existing classrooms, administration offices, and public spaces with a single massive two-story building. The school’s original performing arts center was historically renovated and a new gymnasium and health and fitness complex were meticulously retained, while the rest of the previously existing structures were demolished prior to the new construction phase.
Shadle Park High School
The renovation included 220,000 SF with the addition comprising 55,000 SF. The modernization and additions resulted in approximately 125,000 SF of classroom space, 20,000 SF of Career/Technology Education space (including a wood shop, metals shop and an auto shop) and 30,000 SF of administration space.

AC Davis High School
The AC Davis High School project encompassed 188,437 sq ft of new construction and extensive renovations on the occupied campus. It included four new buildings—a math and science building, gymnasium, commons, and administration building with a library, art studios, and additional classrooms. Sky bridges connected the new structures, while two old buildings were demolished to make room. Renovations were carried out in three existing buildings, upgrading classrooms, structural elements, and MEP systems, and converting the original gym into an auxiliary gym.
With 2,200 students on campus during construction, safety and education were top priorities. The project required precise sequencing and strict safety standards to coordinate class relocations with construction phases. Existing MEP systems were maintained during construction, and new systems were activated upon phase completion. All activities and logistics were planned to ensure the education process continued smoothly without disruption.
